Sarah Addeo

Sarah Addeo’s fitness career began in New York City after she was selected for a scholarship with the world-renowned dance company Alvin Ailey. She taught for many years at Crunch Fitness and the NY Health Club where Sarah discovered that her love for dance and passion for fitness could be combined to create dynamic one-of-a-kind workouts. Eventually, Sarah’s dance work moved her to Los Angeles where she was approached to develop, manage and teach for an elite fitness studio in West Hollywood. While teaching and training in LA, Sarah developed several of her signature classes such as Choreo Weights and The Workout, which quickly became top ranked classes in the city. Sarah’s innovative classes and unique teaching style attracted a devoted clientele including celebrities such as Lara Flynn Boyle, Jennifer Grey, Dyan Cannon, and Sheryl Lee to name a few.

In 1996 Sarah decided to move to Milwaukee where she opened the city’s very first fitness studio in Fox Point, WI called In Motion Fitness. The studio was the first to offer Spinning, Mat Pilates, Barre, Cardio Kickboxing and other cutting edge fitness classes. After eight years of double digit growth and success Sarah made one of her hardest decisions to date… she closed her studio to focus on having a family. Over the next 13 years Sarah would continue to build one of the most successful group fitness followings in the Midwest, and inspired, mentored, and shared her passion with thousands of devoted clients who strived for a healthier lifestyle.

Now with a new chapter of her career unfolding, Sarah and her core team have conceived and developed a visionary concept for today’s fitness industry. Sarah’s vision of multiple studios within one single large studio is coming to life and is phase one of her overall concept. By combining Sarah’s extensive industry knowledge with an innovative way to deliver classes and some of the most talented instructors available, AddeoFit is able to provide their clients with a 360-degree approach to becoming happy, healthy humans.

Marti Wronski

For Marti Wronski, AddeoFit is a true combination of passions. Marti has spent most of her adult life practicing law by day and competing, racing and teaching fitness classes by early morning/evening/weekend. Marti started swimming and running when she was 4 years old, and continued on to become a (short-term) college athlete who was never happier than when she was under water (literally). A love of sport translated naturally for Marti to a fascination with the science and psychology of movement in humans of all ages, and she has continued to focus on the mind-body-life connection through her studies, teaching and personal fitness. Now, Marti is the mom to four active boys and has learned to appreciate an indoor ride almost as much as a road ride- particularly when others are along for the ride. Marti has also taken on a new “cause” – developing programming to teach kids and teens (athletes and non-athletes alike) the importance of movement, and how to move and train effectively and safely. Marti is thrilled to join forces with Sarah to bring this new studio concept to the Northshore. Marti has been certified by Spinning, Cyclops, ACE, and CCFT, and is also AED, First Aid and CPR certified.

Kaleigh Atkinson

Awareness of the raw beauty that exudes throughout our world has always been Kaleigh's artistic motivation as a photographer and filmmaker. Finding pure beauty in day to day life and within herself came from a prescription of yoga and meditation. For the past decade, Kaleigh focused on Ashtanga Yoga, but she recently sought change from the traditional style and began studying Ayurveda (an ancient Indian system of medicine) and focusing on a daily meditation practice. The last year of her life has been devoted to traveling the world to learn more about herself and deepening her yoga practice. Living in the spiritual paradise that is Byron Bay, Australia opened Kaleigh's eyes to a new perspective on holistic wellness and the yogic lifestyle. Kaleigh moved from Byron Bay to Bali and the Blue Mountains in Australia to participate in a truly life changing 10 day silent meditation retreat known as Vipassana. Finalizing a year of travel and study, Kaleigh visited Mexico to fulfill her 200 hour yoga teacher training. As a teacher, Kaleigh's yogic philosophy will ground you in the present moment of spirit & body. You'll sweat, laugh, grow stronger and more flexible - and simply feel healthier, mentally and physically.

Karli Schreier

Karli discovered indoor cycling in high school, and has continued to ride ever since. She found cycling to provide an incredible fitness challenge and a convenient, energizing environment – a combination that kept her wanting more. Karli now spends her days as an Account Manager at a local marketing agency, but always a motivator, Karli’s love of indoor cycling ultimately caused her to obtain her cycling instructor certification. Karli truly believes that you can achieve anything, as long as you're willing to work for it. She's excited to be a part of the AddeoFit team of intelligent, genuine and fun-loving instructors, and looks forward to meeting you soon!

Jen Thill

Jen has been active her entire life. She grew up with five sisters and all six of the Thill girls were very competitive athletes. Jen was a three-sport athlete in high school, who played volleyball, soccer and basketball. She developed such a passion for fitness that she decided to pursue a degree in Exercise and Sports Science with an Emphasis in Sports Management and a Concentration in Strength and Conditioning at UW-La Crosse. For the past 13 years, Jen has worked as a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor in a diverse array of facilities with an equally diverse (and awesome) group of clients. Jen believes in helping her clients achieve their goals by focusing on safe, efficient and functional movement, keeping workouts interesting and engaging, and by holding clients accountable to themselves. Jen challenges her clients to “go above and beyond” during each training session and in their lives outside the gym. Jen has her AFTA Personal Training Certification, is TRX certified, and has been a Silver Sneakers Class Instructor.

Jordan Meyer

Jordan Meyer is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Jordan attended UW-Oshkosh, where he graduated with a degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. During his time at UWO, Jordan was a player/coach for the local men’s rugby team, and was quickly charged with team conditioning. However, the team was comprised of college kids and full-time, working men alike, rendering the fitness levels and schedule availability varied dramatically. Jordan loved the challenge and began to appreciate how differently each individual approaches fitness. Jordan went on to work in corporate wellness for Appleton Papers through the Appleton YMCA, which again allowed him to work with a very diverse population. Shortly after moving back to Waukesha, Jordan joined the staff at a large health club, where he was able to further hone his training and teaching skills, while working with clients ranging from age six to 71. Jordan has focused much of his work on youth and teen fitness over the past five years, teaching everything from basic movement to little ones from high-level footwork and strength building with high school athletes. “I love this field and truly enjoy being able to help people reach their goals, fitness-related or not. Every day is different and every person has his or her own needs, and I love that part of what I do. Being able to challenge myself on a daily basis keeps things fun for me. I think it’s important for people to learn how their bodies work and get a basic understanding of how to best take care of them. We’re all in this together!”

Randy Sprenger

Randy first started indoor cycling when it hit Milwaukee. He found it to be a solid cardio workout and a great way to train for mountain bike races during the off season. What better way to burn some calories (KJs) than listening to some great tunes with a group of hard working people? In 2009 Randy became certified to be a CycleOps Power Training Instructor through Saris. The beauty of training with power is that you get immediate response and can set and achieve your own personal fitness goals. Whether you have been cycling for years or it is your first time, he’ll get you setup and on your way. Randy’s favorite fitness quote is “You can’t change what you can’t measure.” You will find everything from hip-hop to alternative, new age to country, on his iPod. He is a true believer that great music combined with a great attitude makes for a great ride!

Marissa Peot

Marissa first discovered yoga as a child, practicing alongside her mother while she was pregnant with Marissa’s younger sister. This experience truly sparked Marissa’s passion for health and wellness. Practicing yoga has given Marissa many gifts, including an incredibly deep and nourishing spiritual connection between mind, body, and soul. She believes that yoga has the ability to bring serenity and balance to anyone’s life, on and off the mat. Marissa is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor and a certified Reiki Master.

Jeff Pepping

Jeff graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a Bachelor’s degree in Business & Economics. Shortly after graduation, he decided to pursue his lifelong passion for sports and fitness by acquiring a personal training certification through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine). Once certified, Jeff began his personal training career at Fitness Together (FT) of Mequon and Whitefish Bay, where he stayed for four years, training over 5,000 clients in both one-on-one and small group sessions. Today, Jeff works as an Account Manager at Direct Supply, Inc., but his love for fitness, sports and athletics has inspired him to continue training a select group of clients in the North Shore area. Fitness and healthy living have always been at the forefront of Jeff's life. Through a mixture of personal experiences and formal training disciplines, Jeff has come to learn how important functional training is to clients' overall quality of life. Jeff has the ability to help a person move better, ideally with less pain and even more mobility - and to him, that’s beyond satisfying.

Angela Burke

Angela Burke, a Milwaukee native, has a passion for fitness and healthy living. Angela attended the University of Wisconsin - Madison and graduated with a degree in German and International Relations. Angela’s passion for cycling grew when she traveled to Prague in 2005 to teach English. While still in Europe, Angela began guiding bike trips in the Czech Republic and Austria for Trek Travel. This is where her love for cycling really took off. Angela guided bike trips throughout Europe and the U.S. for many years and still enjoys long outdoor rides, especially on scenic Wisconsin trails.

Angela has been teaching indoor cycling for 10+ years. Her workouts are generally high-intensity with a focus on rhythm and having fun on the bike. Angela lives in Whitefish Bay with her husband & two children. In addition to cycling, Angela enjoys being active with her family, traveling, reading, cooking, yoga & barre classes. Fada Shelbourne

After a decade spent in the competitive and strenuous world of Ballet, I turned to Yoga to restore my body and mind. I am dedicated to providing the most balanced, nourishing Yoga experience possible. Whether it's an invigorating, heated Power class or a more flowing, mindful Vinyasa practice, you will leave feeling empowered and accomplished in your own unique way!
