Sarah Addeo

Sarah Addeo’s fitness career began in New York City after she was selected for a scholarship with the world-renowned dance company Alvin Ailey. She taught for many years at Crunch Fitness and the NY Health Club where Sarah discovered that her love for dance and passion for fitness could be combined to create dynamic one-of-a-kind workouts. Eventually, Sarah’s dance work moved her to Los Angeles where she was approached to develop, manage and teach for an elite fitness studio in West Hollywood. While teaching and training in LA, Sarah developed several of her signature classes such as Choreo Weights and The Workout, which quickly became top ranked classes in the city. Sarah’s innovative classes and unique teaching style attracted a devoted clientele including celebrities such as Lara Flynn Boyle, Jennifer Grey, Dyan Cannon, and Sheryl Lee to name a few.

In 1996 Sarah decided to move to Milwaukee where she opened the city’s very first fitness studio in Fox Point, WI called In Motion Fitness. The studio was the first to offer Spinning, Mat Pilates, Barre, Cardio Kickboxing and other cutting edge fitness classes. After eight years of double digit growth and success Sarah made one of her hardest decisions to date… she closed her studio to focus on having a family. Over the next 13 years Sarah would continue to build one of the most successful group fitness followings in the Midwest, and inspired, mentored, and shared her passion with thousands of devoted clients who strived for a healthier lifestyle.

Now with a new chapter of her career unfolding, Sarah and her core team have conceived and developed a visionary concept for today’s fitness industry. Sarah’s vision of multiple studios within one single large studio is coming to life and is phase one of her overall concept. By combining Sarah’s extensive industry knowledge with an innovative way to deliver classes and some of the most talented instructors available, AddeoFit is able to provide their clients with a 360-degree approach to becoming happy, healthy humans.

Greg Capper

Capper, as he is fondly known throughout the community and the sports world, is a true “fitness and wellness coach” who has inspired and motivated countless numbers of young and old throughout the greater Milwaukee area. Capper is truly inspired by the human body and the science and psychology behind basic wellness and high-level athletic performance alike. He is constantly building his knowledge base through classes, reading and meetings with other trainers, and is an expert at incorporating new information to his work with clients and athletes. Capper’s career includes four years as strength and conditioning coach for the Milwaukee Wave, head strength and conditioning coach at Ripon College and UWM, head of corporate wellness for Ansay Insurance, and he is currently the Assistant Strength and Conditioning coach at Pius XI High School. Capper’s love of sport - and in particular basketball - is evidenced by his college and high school coaching career, which began in 1978 and continues today. Capper is ACE Group Exercise and Personal Training Certified, Spinning, CPR and First Aid certified, and is an active NSCA member. Capper’s ability to inspire his clients, students and athletes to “perform,” whatever their personal fitness level might be, is uncanny.

Shana Brewer

Shana began her professional career in 2001 as a Food Scientist at Ingredion in Bridgewater, NJ after graduating from Penn State University with a BS in Food Science. Throughout her tenure at National Starch/Ingredion, Shana led the development of several unique and successful modified food starches that have remained workhorse ingredients for the prepared food industry today. Shana’s technical success enabled her transition into various marketing, sales, business development, and management roles within the company. Shana left Ingredion in 2014 when her family decided to move to from NJ to WI. In 2015, she graduated from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, PA with an MBA in Food Marketing.

A Rower at Penn State, Shana has always had a passion for sports and exercise. Now given the opportunity to follow her heart, Shana is currently studying to become an ACE® Certified personal trainer where she will have the opportunity to share what she loves with others, particularly in the areas of cardio, strength, and interval training.

Shana is mother of three boys: Jackson (10), Anderson (8), and Miles (2) and lives in Mequon with her husband, Steve.

Savannah Wisth

Savannah Wisth is serving as both an AddeoFit Instructor and Assistant Manager of the studio.
She graduated from Winona State University in 2018 with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Rehabilitative Science with a minor in Nutrition. Savannah worked with her college football team, facilitating repetitive flow yoga with other classmates to increase recovery and movement throughout the season. She worked as a health coach through Winona’s hospital and at a free health screening clinic for the uninsured and underserved.
Her passion for exercise and health stems from an active childhood and love for playing competitive sports. Savannah enjoys trying new food venues, playing intramural volleyball, and attempting to shoot a decent round of golf. She chose this career path because of her belief in exercise and nutrition as medicine. She hopes to continue this path to become a fitness and wellness coordinator, helping all to lead a happy and healthy life!

Amber Tanski

Amber Tanski is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist at AddeoFit. Her fascination of human movement brought her to UW-Milwaukee where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Passionate about rehabilitation, Amber went on to earn an Orthopedic Exercise Specialist Certification. This allowed her to increase her knowledge of post-surgical rehab recovery as well as recovery from athletic injuries. She has experience working with a diverse population including youth athletes, cancer and stroke survivors, and children with autism. To continue on the path of rehabilitation, Amber has been accepted to Concordia University Wisconsin to become a Doctor of Physical Therapy.

Senta Metz

"Hi and hello, my name is Senta and I am a yoga instructor! For me yoga started ten+ years ago as a way to supplement my other strength and cardio exercises. I quickly became hooked on how the practice not only improved my physical body through flexibility and stamina, but also my state of mind. That goes for time spent on, and more importantly off the mat. I have studied at Nature Yoga and YogaView in Chicago, the WAC here in Milwaukee, and am now looking for a new local place to continue my education. I am lucky to have practiced many types of yoga all over the US and the globe!

In my classes I focus on helping practitioners find their yogic breath, using that strength from within to connect to themselves and their practice. Whether using breath to build heat in vinyasa flow, or to deeply release into restorative yin yoga poses, my classes are unique and accessible to all. I offer something achievable for beginners and more challenging yet safe modifications for moderate to more advanced yogis. I practice and teach many types of yoga, but specialize in prenatal yoga, yoga for runners, and yoga at an advanced age.

I am a firm believer that your practice will improve your life. When I am not on my mat, I enjoy a good beer, meal, walk or run, trip, concert, community and charity event. I smile, dance, laugh and of course stream my TV. :) My family and I are Chicago transplants, and I worked in IT consulting for 9 years before switching my focus to being a stay-at-home-mom and yoga instructor. Kaleigh Atkinson

Jordan Meyer

Jordan Meyer is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). Jordan attended UW-Oshkosh, where he graduated with a degree in Exercise Science and Health Promotion. During his time at UWO, Jordan was a player/coach for the local men’s rugby team, and was quickly charged with team conditioning. However, the team was comprised of college kids and full-time, working men alike, rendering the fitness levels and schedule availability varied dramatically. Jordan loved the challenge and began to appreciate how differently each individual approaches fitness. Jordan went on to work in corporate wellness for Appleton Papers through the Appleton YMCA, which again allowed him to work with a very diverse population. Shortly after moving back to Waukesha, Jordan joined the staff at a large health club, where he was able to further hone his training and teaching skills, while working with clients ranging from age six to 71. Jordan has focused much of his work on youth and teen fitness over the past five years, teaching everything from basic movement to little ones from high-level footwork and strength building with high school athletes. “I love this field and truly enjoy being able to help people reach their goals, fitness-related or not. Every day is different and every person has his or her own needs, and I love that part of what I do. Being able to challenge myself on a daily basis keeps things fun for me. I think it’s important for people to learn how their bodies work and get a basic understanding of how to best take care of them. We’re all in this together!”

Randy Sprenger

Randy started indoor cycling when it first hit Milwaukee. He found it a great way to train in the off-season for mountain bike races, and a solid cardio workout. What better way to burn some calories (Kcals) then listening to some great tunes with a group of hard working people. In 2009, Randy became certified to be a CycleOps Power Training instructor through Saris followed by a Matrix IC7 Coach by Color certification. His most recent certification has been on the Stages Indoor Cycling bikes that bring a whole new level of riding indoors. The beauty of training with power is that you get immediate response and can set and achieve your own personal fitness goals. Whether you have been cycling for years or it is your first time, he’ll get you setup and on your way. Randy’s favorite fitness quote is “You can’t change what you can’t measure”. You will find everything from Hip Hop to Alternative, New Age to Country, on his playlists. He is a true believer in great music combined with a great attitude makes for a great ride!

Angela Burke

Angela Burke, a Milwaukee native, has a passion for fitness and healthy living. Angela attended the University of Wisconsin - Madison and graduated with a degree in German and International Relations. After graduating from college, Angela began doing triathlons and running races. After injuring her knee during a marathon, she began running less and cycling more. Angela’s passion for cycling grew when she traveled to Prague in 2005 to teach English. While still in Europe, Angela began guiding bike trips in the Czech Republic and Austria for Trek Travel. This is where her love for cycling really took off. Angela guided bike trips throughout Europe and the U.S. for many years and still enjoys long outdoor rides, especially on scenic Wisconsin trails.

Angela has been teaching indoor cycling for 10+ years. Her workouts are generally high-intensity with a focus on rhythm and having fun on the bike. Angela lives in Whitefish Bay with her husband & two children. In addition to cycling, Angela enjoys being active with her family, traveling, reading, cooking, yoga & barre classes. She is excited to inspire AddeoFit members to push themselves on (and off) the bike to a healthier self. Angela looks forward to meeting you on the bike!

Taylor Maris

Taylor Maris, a beach girl born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, has traveled throughout the world pursuing her dance and teaching career. She has performed professionally in New York City, Orlando, Florida, at Tokyo Disney, and on multiple cruise ships through out the world.
Taylor is the mother to two young girls, and lives in White Fish Bay with her husband, Peter. She enjoys family bike rides and has a not so secret obsession with DIY Projects.
She has been teaching dance for over 15 years with a focus on barre workouts for 6, most recently at a barre studio in Chicago. She comes to us full of energy and passion to share the balance of strength and stretch in a safe, low-impact, high energy work out at the barre! Come find out what the "burn" and the "shake" are all about!

Rachael Selley

In 2013, carrying an extra 50 pounds of “baby” weight, Rachael decided it was time to get healthy again! She had taken cycling before she had children and loved it so she thought, let’s try again. After one class, back in the saddle, she knew it was her thing! A huge music lover, it was a great way to enjoy all genres of music while getting an amazing work out!

Working full-time and a mom to two beautiful girls, adding fitness and healthy living back in to her life was a great way to manage stress and educate her girls on the importance of a healthy living.

Soon she decided it was time to share her passion with others, during the fall of 2016 she received her Spinning® Instructor certification and began teaching cycle classes. She is also certified in Matrix IC7 Coach by Color and Stages Indoor Cycling. Rachael loves to teach all levels of cyclists, learning why they are riding, what are their goals and how she can help them accomplish them! She also loves to incorporate all genres of music in to her classes, ensuring every rider will have a great ride!

Rachael also enjoys running to change it up and to build her endurance, now running numerous 10k’s all over Wisconsin and is so excited to be part of the AddeoFit Team!

Katie Hunt

Katie is an ACSM Personal Trainer who works with individuals to master workout consistency and find exciting ways to meet their fitness goals!

She believes developing strength in the gym creates a more adventurous, fun and fulfilling life. As a former unhealthy human, Katie understands the initial struggle of designing habits that stick and the mindset training that’s necessary for long term lifestyle changes.

Over the past decade, Katie has supported hundreds or people achieve their desired outcome of having the strength, mindset and muscles necessary to lead an extraordinary life. Her clients are go-getters with an affinity for adventure.

To support her work guiding happy, healthy humans, Katie is ever-expanding her fitness knowledge with continuing ed, collaborations with other trainers and attending a variety of fitness classes herself! She holds TRX Level 2, TRX Sports Medicine, TRX Rip Trainer, ACE Senior Fitness, Spinning, Trigger Point Therapy and HKC Kettlebell speciality certifications. Her current studies have her on course to finish the ACE Behavior Change specialty certification this year.
